Part-5 Carbohydrate is an essential fuel source.To completely remove carbohydrate from the diet deplete the muscles of glycogen makes it a lot harder for someone to perform their daily chores and activities. Bread, pasta and potatoes are carbohydrate foods, and these food would 'increase your size' if you were to eat too much of them day in day out - but so would every other type of food (except lettuce leaves).Extra kilojoules eaten or ingested from any food source will be changed and stored as body fat.Carbohydrates are used as energy source for the body, brain, and nervous system. They help in the absorption of protein.

With any successful exercise plan, you should also ensure that you enjoy and love your chosen activities. It is a lot easier to carry on a regular exercise schedule if you are having fun and enjoy what you are doing.Selecting activities that you can do with friends and may be families is a sensible and a good way to stick to your plan.

Walking is ideal for short trips to work, shopping, and other errands. Walking is extremely beneficial for the respiratory system and the heart and for the body's circulation. Walking is a great way for kids to get to school. It offers an opportunity for physical activity and is environmentally friendly, it saves gasoline. Walking is especially valuable for people trying to avoid regaining weight. Walking is for mental fitness and assists in flexible weight control. Walking is good for increasing bone density and preventing chronic osteoporosis.

When deciding which aerobic exercises are best for your lifestyle, it is important to take into consideration your current physical health and abilities. For example, some aerobic exercises are considered lower impact, such as swimming and cycling; whereas running and jogging are higher impact. Although lower-impact exercises typically burn calories at a slower rate, they put less strain on joints and often enable the body to exercise for a longer amount of time. Therefore, if you injured your joints in the past, you may want to consider lower-impact activities,like swimming and walking.

Aerobic exercise keeps your mind sharp.Study shows that even just 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three days a week can improve your memory or judgment decline in older adults. Aerobic exercise lowers your level of body fat, improve and enhance the muscle by thinning out the layer of fat that conceal or hides the muscles,however weight training is what makes the muscles worth looking at.

Cardiovascular exercise in the form of walking, swimming, biking or some other activity play a major role in helping to lower the pain one senses and increase positive,good feelings. Walking for only 10 minutes, 3 times a day is equivalent to walking 30 minutes, once a day. Selecting activities that you can do with friends and family is a sensible way to adhere to your plan. Choose physical and exercise activities that you enjoy that are readily accessible to you and an exercise that you can do it constantly and regularly.

Constant participation in any of the above exercises, 30 minutes many times a week, help you deal with stress and an excellent social outlet.Medical Education researchers believed that aerobic exercises( such as walking,swimming, dancing, skiing, rollerblading)can help enhance the following: Improve cholesterol levels, Raise and elevate endurance or tolerance , Improve blood pressure , Improve your mood and Keep your mind sharp .It also help to maintain a healthy weight or assist in healthy weight loss Combining a well balanced diet with constant regular exercises and sticking to the plan will help you loss the unwanted extra weight.
