Part-3 Study recently reported that dieters on high protein diet are more satisfied, less hungry, and experienced weight loss when fat was decreased to 20% of the total calories in the diet, protein was increased to 30%, and carbohydrates was on50%. The participants according to study ate some 441 fewer calories a day when they followed this high-protein diet and controlled their own calorie intake. Another study, reported in the Journal of Nutrition, showed that a high-protein diet when combined with exercise improved weight and fat loss and enhanced blood fat (lipid) levels.

Research shows that higher-protein diets help people control their appetites better and calorie intake. "Diets higher in protein and moderate in carbohydrates, combine with a lifestyle of consistent regular exercise have excellent potential to decrease blood lipids (fat ) and lean tissue is maintain while burning fat for fuel without dieters being distracted with regular hunger.

Protein is needed in all stages of our life, for a lot of body functions. It is the major or main component of all cells, including muscle and bone. Protein is required for growth, development, and immunity to defend the body and fight off infection

During the high protein diet there is a loss of protein and carbohydrate stores are almost entirely emptied. When lost from the body these nutrients draw water and therefore extra weight from the body and fat stores are unchanged

Eating only high protein foods restricts food choices there is less variety of foods to pick from. Eating same foods every meal dulls the palate and helps or encourages people to eat less. Try and eat different types of food to obtain all nutrients and reduce any chances of nutritional shortage that will occur. Increasing your metabolism beyond its normal rate is the fastest way to achieve your goal of losing extra stored body fat.
