Focus your way to weight loss!

Have you taken a look at the show "The Biggest Loser?" There are some wonderful fitness trainers on this television program.

"The Biggest Loser" is a television show that focuses on fitness trainers helping individuals that are well over a hundred pounds overweight. However, the great thing about this show is that it reminds of us of the hidden potential inside of us. A potential you may have forgotten about.

Let's do a little mental exercise :) right now. Use that ability to imagine, fantisize if you will, what a healthy fit body will do for you. Apart from just looking good for others, what other benefits of health come to the surface? Notice how in this state of mind, you have natural feelings already ingrained inside of you for your own personal GENUINE HEALTH.

Focus on genuine health, because that's what true permanent weight loss is about. Did you notice that during that mental exercise, after you let go of how good you may look for others, that you automatically had thoughts and feelings of energy and vitality for things you want to accomplish for yourself? What that was, is your natural program for genuine health. Once you can get past other's perceptions of you and how you will look for others, your subconscious mind will automatically focus on what's good for you. It will automatically focus on the genuine health you were born with, and the joy you came here to experience.

Yes, we all want to look good physically, however, remember you can do it in more natural means than what's been advertised through television and magazine commercials. You CAN look good naturally by simply guiding your focus toward geunine health! If you stay focused on genuine health you will have the energy to accomplish everything else that you want, and with more energy and zeal!. But if you're willing to "look good" at the risk of damaging genuine health then your body will eventually feel it and you'll start having feelings of being run down, tired and lethargic.

It's not totally your fault though. Our society has put so much emphasis on what we watch on television.

I'm not saying you can't get there but if it comes at the risk of your genuine health - then in my eyes that is not true weight loss.

Allow me to give you a gentle nudge to remind you of your internal guidance system. You have the ability to Naturally lose weight by simply focusing on GENUINE HEALTH - that's what a good trainer, like the ones on the show, helps guide you back to.

If there's another thing we can learn from the show it's that we all have a reserve of fosused inspired action that's waiting for us to achieve our goals.
