Part-1 The High Protein Diet For Weight Loss

Part-1 High protein diets are sensible way to build lean body mass. It has been a very effective technique for athletes and body builders. These diets helps people who wants to loss weight, because it will increase your resting metabolic rate as the muscular-skeletal tissue increases. ( gain muscle tissue ,while your body burns fat.)

High protein diet is favored by many athletes and body builders and are now growing in popularity among regular dieters. High-protein diets are rich in saturated fat and sodium and low in calcium, magnesium and potassium. They tend to increase the LDL ("bad" cholesterol )-can cause a buildup of fat and cholesterol in the walls of your blood vessels and if high for many years, can clog the arteries to your heart or brain.) High-protein diets are criticized because they encourage loss of muscle mass as opposed to loss of body fat.

The high protein diet is consists of animal and vegetable meals, oils plus vitamins and mineral supplements. It is very difficult however, to eat nothing but meat all day. The high protein diet is a low calorie diet that suppose to stop or suppress the appetite, and dehydrates the body. These high protein diets do not have all the essential nutrients to endure or sustain life, but also puts stress on your organs,( the liver and kidneys ) and may decrease your muscle mass.

Consult a physician before Dieting and starting any exercise routine.If you have concerns about your health, consult with a health care professional. Health is the result of how we choose to live. The way you look and how you feel about yourself is how you treat your body. By following the guidelines and getting plenty of exercise, you will be able to control your weight. You will feel better, healthier and look much better, too!

It is a great idea or concept, but it is believe to risk and damages our kidneys and liver due to low carbohydrates in the diet. The key is to choose the best sources of protein. Red meat is a good source of protein, but is very difficult for our body to break it down. It requires more effort or more work from our liver and kidneys, on top of tat , is a source of unhealthy cholesterol which is bad to our overall health.

The best sources of protein for dieters are surely soy and whey. They are very healthy foods for the heart. Soy protein is absorbed slowly, makes you feel full and last until your next meal. The combination of these two protein sources controls your cravings for more food while you reduce or decrease your overall food intake.

High-protein/low-carbohydrates diets have been criticized by some medical practitioners and nutritionist. The diet is high in animal protein and fat and has many health risks. Diets high in protein strain your kidneys and liver. The liver and kidneys break down protein and flush the excess nitrogen created during this process. These diets cause constipation as a result of the diet completely free of dietary fiber, (mainly foods like meat, fish and cheese). Low-fiber diets are also believed to cause varicose veins, hemorrhoids and hiatus hernia as well. - 15266
